At Seattle Gaslight Inn, we offer eight comfortable, relaxing rooms in Seattle's historic Capitol Hill neighborhood.  Choose from rooms with queen beds, private bathrooms, decks with views of the Seattle skyline, and cozy fireplaces. The Seattle Gaslight is open year round. Advance registrations are advisable, particularly if you are planning on staying with us from May to September. Below are additional important details:

- A credit card is required to reserve your room

- Reservation Cancellation/modification

Individual Reservations and Cancellations:
While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, your deposit will be refunded, less a $35 credit card processing fee.

Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Cancellation within 24 hours of your check in time will result in a loss of the full reservation amount.

Insurance is available through our website to protect against any unexpected changes to your plans.

Group Reservations and Cancellations:
Group reservations at the Seattle Gaslight Inn (more than three rooms OR more than 6 room nights booked together) require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit, with the balance collected at check-in. If the entire reservation is canceled with at least 30 days’ notice, there are no additional charges less the $35 credit card processing fee. If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days’ notice, the entire balance due for the stay will be charged.

Reservation Processing
All reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. On the day of check-in, we will process the remaining 50% of the reservation fee along with the collection of all applicable taxes.

However, we offer long term (more than 10 days) and off season discounts.

- Check-in time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM PST
Our home is equipped with smart locks on both the front door and on each guest room, which allows for later check in times to provide a higher level of accessibility, flexibility and safety for our guests. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any unique situations.

- Office Hours are from 7:30AM to 6:00PM PST
Should you need assistance or have a question outside of these office hours please text or call us and we will respond as soon as possible. This house is our home so if you see anything that seems out of place or witness an issue shoot us a text or phone call.

- Check out time is 11:00AM PST.

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.

Children are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
