Accommodations

At Seattle Gaslight Inn, we offer eight comfortable, relaxing rooms in Seattle's historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. Choose from rooms with queen beds, private bathrooms, decks with views of the Seattle skyline, and cozy fireplaces. If you're a solo traveler, check out Room 101, which was designed with you in mind.

Room 101

Situated right off the parlor-level lounge areas with calming fireplaces and comfy spots to relax. Room 101 has its own private bathroom and beautiful American stained glass adorning the tops of the windows.

Located on the second floor, this is a great period room with private bath and a spectacular American black walnut queen-size bed and bedroom set

Room 203

One of our larger guest rooms, Room 203 is located on the 2nd in the front of the house with furniture from from the "Golden Oak" era. It has a queen size bed, a small private bath and a beautiful American stained glass above the windows.

Room 204

Room 204 is the original master bedroom suite, located on the 2nd floor and in the front of the house. Naturally, its larger than most of our other guest rooms including a spacious sitting room with a large natural gas fireplace with comfy club chairs, queen size bed and private bathroom.

Room 205

One of the special things about Room 205, located on the second floor in the rear of the house is that it has a private outdoor deck with table and chairs. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the in morning or glass of wine at night. The room has a queen size bed, private bath and private desk.

Room 306

Room 306 has a high vantage point from the 3rd floor of the house with a GREAT view to the west, including that of our city's skyline. It has a queen size bed and sink located in the room. The private, dedicated bathroom is located on the second floor.

Room 307 - Shared Restroom

Room 307 is our most economical room in the house. Located on the third floor, this room is styled in a vintage theme. This room has a shared restroom located on the second floor.

Room 308 is one of our more affordable rooms located on the third floor. This room offers an in room sink and a shared bathroom located on the second level.

Policies

The Seattle Gaslight is open year round. Advance registrations are advisable, particularly if you are planning on staying with us from May to September. Below are additional important details:

- A credit card is required to reserve your room

- Reservation Cancellation/modification

Individual Reservations and Cancellations:
While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, your deposit will be refunded, less a $35 credit card processing fee.

Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Cancellation within 24 hours of your check in time will result in a loss of the full reservation amount.

Insurance is available through our website to protect against any unexpected changes to your plans.

Group Reservations and Cancellations:
Group reservations at the Seattle Gaslight Inn (more than three rooms OR more than 6 room nights booked together) require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit, with the balance collected at check-in. If the entire reservation is canceled with at least 30 days’ notice, there are no additional charges less the $35 credit card processing fee. If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days’ notice, the entire balance due for the stay will be charged.

Reservation Processing
All reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. On the day of check-in, we will process the remaining 50% of the reservation fee along with the collection of all applicable taxes.

- Rates start at $155.00 per night
However, we offer long term (more than 10 days) and off season discounts.

- Check-in time is between 3:00PM and 6:00PM PST
Our home is equipped with smart locks on both the front door and on each guest room, which allows for later check in times to provide a higher level of accessibility, flexibility and safety for our guests. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any unique situations.

- Office Hours are from 7:30AM to 6:00PM PST
Should you need assistance or have a question outside of these office hours please text or call us and we will respond as soon as possible. This house is our home so if you see anything that seems out of place or witness an issue shoot us a text or phone call.

- Check out time is 11:00AM PST.

3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
